Hydraulic Cylinder is the main part for fluid end of the mud pumps. The hydraulic cylingder of mud pumps under different brands are also not all the same. Such as the famous brands of CME, BOMCO, EMSCO, GARDNER DENVER, OILWELL,NOV, etc.

Mud pump module ( Hydraulic cylinder) is made of forged alloy steel and the three mud pump module are interchangeable. The valve-over-valve design of the straight hydraulic cylinder reduces the volume of the cylinder and increases its volumetric efficiency. Upon customers’ request, electroless nickel plating can be carried out on the surface of the cylinders to improve its erosion resistance.

Air discharge chamber, shear relief valve and discharge strainer are fitted at the discharge outlet. Suction inlet of the F-500 mud pump is 8〞flange, F-800 mud pump is 10〞flange and F-1000 mud pump is 12〞.

Mud pump module ( Hydraulic cylinder) :

1. Made from forging 35CrMo or 8630 metal or 20CrNi2MoV metal and heat treated to a hardness for long wear

2. In order to enhance its corrosion resistance, the cylinder surface is processed by chemical nickel plating;

3. Pressure up to 5000, 7500, and 10000psi

4. Thermal refining treatment, rigid inspection

5. Meet API 7K quality standards
