CSZ Series Triplex Plunger Pumps

The triplex plunger pump adopts a horizontal triplex single-acting reciprocating structure. Its core consists of a power end (crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead), a hydraulic end (pump head, plunger, valve group) and a lubrication system; the crankshaft cranks are evenly distributed at 120°, and stable fluid delivery is achieved through the alternating reciprocating movement of the plungers.

CWZ Series Quintuplex Plunger Pumps

The power end of the quintuplex plunger pump includes an integrated crankcase, a five-crank crankshaft, connecting rods and other components, and the hydraulic end inherits the design of the triplex pump but with higher strength; the crank offset angle is 72°, and the coordinated work of multiple cylinders greatly improves the continuity of fluid output.

Outstanding high-pressure performance: maximum working pressure up to 105MPa, power range 2400-3000 HP, maximum flow rate up to 36.7 BPM (barrels per minute), meeting the needs of large-scale sand fracturing
72° crank offset angle ensures uniform plunger phase, with pressure fluctuation only 8%, which can be reduced to 3% after equipping with an efficient air chamber

CSHQ Series Acidizing Pump Skids

CME Acidizing Pump Skid is used for well acidizing, fracturing, well washing, blockage removing, etc. It is powered by the engine to drive the TPC600 plunger pump via 4700 transmission and drive shaft and the centrifugal pump via PTO.
