As the first line of defense in solids control, the shale shaker uses high-frequency vibration to separate large drill cuttings (typically >75μm) from drilling mud, reducing the processing load of subsequent equipment by more than 50%. Equipped with adjustable vibration motors and quick-replace screen panels, it features stable operation, low noise, and high separation efficiency, adapting to different drilling fluid viscosities and particle size distributions. The screen deck angle is adjustable (-1° to +5°) to control solids dryness and conveyance speed, while the robust screen basket ensures uniform vibration transmission and long service life.

The vacuum degasser efficiently removes invasive gas (air, methane) from drilling mud to prevent air pockets, ensure mud density accuracy, and protect pumps and downstream equipment from cavitation damage. The final stage of the five-stage purification system, the decanter centrifuge generates strong centrifugal force through high-speed rotation (>3000rpm) to separate ultra-fine particles (<10μm) and colloidal substances from the mud, while realizing the recovery and reuse of weighting materials such as barite, with a processing precision of micron level. It adopts a corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant design, adapting to long-term continuous operation under harsh conditions.
