Scope of application

It is widely used in various industrial processes, sewage treatment,power plants, pipeline network pressurization, transportation ofcrude oil or refined oil, transportation of natural gas, irrigation,water supply and treatment, marine, seawater desalination.

Typical working conditions are used for lean liquid pumps , richliquid pumps and hydraulic turbines in large-scale syntheticammonia plants, and pipeline main pumps in crude oil or refinedoil transportation projects.

API682 code mechancial seal flushing plan andcooling plan or packing plan can be configured.
Tapreed shaft extension design ensure the prettyeasy installation, dismantling and maintenancefor coupling, bearing, mechanical seal.

Anti-dust plate adopts bearing isolator type,prevents from oil leakage and external water or dust contamination.

Direct connection between bearing housing andcasing. No need to adjust pump lifting amountduring second assembly. Short the maintenancetime greatly.
Axial split for casing and bearing housing, suctionand discharge located on the lower half of casing,overhaul and maintenance can be operatedwithout dismantling inlet and outlet pipelines.
