CME twin-screw multiphase pump skids are complete integrated boosting systems centered on heavy-duty twin-screw positive displacement pumps. 


Fully designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API 676 industrial standards, the skid-mounted units feature excellent low-temperature resistance, adapting to extreme cold environments as low as -40°C. Capable of stably boosting unseparated wellstream mixtures containing oil, gas, water and sand with a gas volume fraction (GVF) up to 99%, the compact integrated skid structure eliminates the need for upstream oil and gas separation facilities. It effectively cuts down overall equipment investment, reduces site occupation area, and delivers cost-effective, high-reliability pumping solutions for both onshore and offshore oil and gas production projects.

Skid Configuration


  • Main Pump Assembly 

API 676 compliant heavy-duty twin-screw positive displacement pump with API 682 dual-end mechanical seals. Adopts double-suction rotor structure for automatic axial force balance. Equipped with hard-coated rotors and replaceable wear liners for sand-laden wellstream. Stably handles 0-99% GVF oil-gas-water-sand mixtures and supports -40°C extreme cold operation. 


  • Drive Unit 

Explosion‑proof induction motor (Ex d IIB T4/T6), flexible coupling with safety guard. Variable‑Frequency Drive (VFD) for speed adjustment to match fluctuating well‑stream flow rates. Optional diesel engine drive for sites without stable power supply. 


  • Centralized Lubrication System 

Lubrication oil station, oil filter, oil cooler, pressure/temperature transmitters, low‑oil‑pressure interlock protection for timing gears and bearing assemblies. 


  • Process Piping, Valves & Instrumentation 

Full‑set skid‑mounted process piping, ANSI B16.5 flanges, isolation valves, check valves, safety relief valve, bypass loop. Instruments include suction/discharge pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, multiphase flow transmitter, pressure gauges, local indicator panels. Over‑pressure protection and emergency vent assembly included. 


  • Skid Base Frame 

Heavy‑duty welded steel common base frame, integral drip‑tray, multiple lifting lugs for hoisting. Epoxy anti‑corrosion coating for on‑shore and offshore environment. 


  • PLC & HMI Control System 

Explosion‑proof local control cabinet with PLC and HMI. Real‑time monitoring of pressure, temperature, vibration and motor operating parameters. Functions include auto‑start‑stop, fault alarm, interlock protection, emergency stop. Support DCS remote signal interface for central control‑room integration. Unattended operation available.


  • Auxiliary Heating System (‑40 °C Low‑Temperature Version) 

Electrical trace heating for pump casing, seal‑oil circuit, piping and instrument cabinets, together with thermal insulation layers for stable operation under extreme cold ambient conditions. 


  • Optional Accessories 

Inlet Y‑type filter, suction scrubber module, vibration monitoring sensors, offshore‑grade corrosion protection, local test ports.
