CME High‑Pressure Water Injection Skids are fully engineered modular turnkey systems built for high‑pressure reservoir flooding, produced water reinjection and offshore platform deployment. 


Each integrated skid assembles high‑pressure triplex/quintuplex plunger pump, pulsation suppression unit, process piping, instrumentation and protection devices on a single skid‑mounted base, enabling plug‑and‑play delivery and drastically shortening site installation and commissioning time for both onshore and offshore oilfield projects.

Skid Configuration


Standard Scope of Supply:

  • API 674 Horizontal Plunger Pump Assembly:Triplex / Quintuplex single‑acting plunger pump unit, complete with power‑end forced lubrication system.

  • Drive Unit:Explosion‑proof electric motor; gear reduction transmission assembly. VFD is optional.

  • Suction & Discharge Process Piping:ASME B31.3 process piping, matched wetted material for brine / produced‑water service; isolation valves, check valves, relief safety valve, drain & vent valves.

  • Pulsation Dampener:Suction & discharge side pulsation dampener, designed for positive‑displacement pump pulsation attenuation.

  • Field Instrumentation:Local pressure gauge, pressure transmitter, flow transmitter, temperature sensor.

  • Local Safety Protection:Mechanical safety over‑pressure relief device, pump overload protection interlock.

  • Skid Base Frame:Heavy‑duty all‑weld carbon steel skid base, lifting lugs, drain trough; suitable for on‑shore / offshore installation.

  • Auxiliary Accessories:On‑skid cable tray, local junction boxes, nameplates & marking, full‑shop factory pre‑assembly and pre‑commissioning test.

  • VFD variable‑frequency drive system & PLC local control cabinet

  • Remote monitoring & data communication module (Modbus‑TCP / OPC UA)
