Overview
HR series single-stage is a horizontal, between bearings, radialsplit, double volute, single-suction or double-suction impellercentrifugal pump. This serial is mainly developed for importantstations such as high temperature, low temperature and highpressure vital device of plants. The directions of suction anddischarge can be arranged as needed.

Scope of application
It is widely applied to high temperature, low temperature or highpressure conditions in oil refining, petrochemical industry, coalto-oil, coal chemical industry, natural gas processing, seawaterdesalination, offshore drilling plateform corrosive or strongly corrosivemedia containing solid particles, liquefied petroleum gas and otherflammable, explosive or toxic medium.
Typically used in high temperature tower bottom pumps for flashbottom oil and constant bottom oil in refining units, semi-lean liquidpumps and methanol-rich pumps in coal chemical plants, etc.

- Integrally casted casing with connecting sectionsis centreline supported, radial split, raidal force isself balanced by dual volute extruding chamberpassageway design.
- Positions of suction and discharge nozzles can be arranged asrequired, top suction and top dischage, side suction and top dischage,top suction and side dischage, side suction and side discharge, etc.
- Seal chamber is designed as per API610 code,configured with API682 code mechanical sealflushing plan and cooling plan.
- Integrally designed casing cover and bracket with less spigots, convenient maintenance and improved overall inflexibility.
- Anti-dust plate adopts bearing isolator type,prevents from oil leakage,external water or dustcontamination.
- Cooling or heating jacket of casing coverprovide cooling or heating insulation forseal chamber, isolates heat transfer fromhigh temperature to bearing componentsin high temperature conditions.
- Tapreed shaft extension design ensurethe pretty easy installation, dismantlingand maintenance for coupling, bearing,mechanical seal.
- Rigid shaft design, G2.5 dynamicbalance test for rotor, variable speedoperation will be avaialbe in terms ofworking conditions.
- For different shaft power and rotatry speed,ballbearings, forced lubricant sliding bearing, selflubricant sliding bearing.
- The friction components adopts wear-resistantmaterials, and maintains a certain hardnessdifference to improve the service life.
- When the flow rate is less than 150 m3 /h, thefirst stage of the impeller is designed as asingle suction structure, which can be betterapplied to the inlet high pressure condition.
