Scope of application
Mainly used in chemical industry, coal chemical industry, pipelinetransportation, offshore platforms, oil exploitation, seawaterdesalination, power plants, etc.
Typical application: hydrualic energy recovery turbines for coalchemical industry; Ash water pump, lean methanol / crude oiltransfer pump for pipeline transportation fields; lean and richliquid pump for fertilizer and synthetic ammonia plants, BFWpump of power plants; injection pump in oil fields; plateformspumps.

- Taps can be arranged on upper or lower casing forextracting a certain pressure and flow of medium,differs from requested extraction pressure.
- Impeller back to back arrangement to selfbalance of axial force without complicatedbalance device, guarantee the extermelystable operating performance for solidcontaining working conditions.
- Tapreed shaft extension design ensurethe pretty easy installation, dismantlingand maintenance for coupling, bearing,mechanical seal.
- Wet rigid shaft design, rotor first wet critical speed ismuch greater than pump running speed, to avoid thepossible resonance.
- Direct connection between bearinghousing and casing, no need toadjust pump lifting amount duringsecond assembly, greatly shorten themaintenance and requiring time
- API682 standard mechanical seal flushingplan and cooling plan can be fully configured.
- Based on considerations of cavitation,efficiency, two options for first stageimpeller, single suciton or dual suction.
- Anti-dust plate adopts bearingisolator type, prevents from oilleakage and foreign water or dustcontamination.
- Each bushing adopts reverse lift spiral groove design,extermely limits the inner leakage btween stages andimprove efficiency.
- For different shaft power and rotatryspeed, ball bearings, forced lubricantsliding bearing, self-lubricant slidingbearing.
- Axial split for casing and bearing housing, suction anddischarge located on the lower half of casing, overhauland maintenance can be operated without dismantlinginlet and outlet pipelines.
