Overview

M series pumps are horizontal, single casing, multi-stage, first-stagesingle-suction or double-suction centrifugal pumps, suitable forpetroleum refining industry, petrochemical industry, power plantspetroleum without solid particles, refined oil, liquefied petroleumand other flammable, explosive or toxic high temperature andhigh pressure liquids.

Scope of application

Suitable for petroleum refining industry, petrochemicalindustry, coal chemical industry, electric power industry, miningmetallurgical industry, paper industry, seawater desalinationindustry, offshore platform and marine, civil water supply, etc

Typical working conditions are used for medium and high pressureboiler feed water pumps , gas water pumps, ash water pumps,drainage pumps in mining metallurgical industry, and watersupply pumps for buildings for civil use.

Positions of suction and discharge can bedesigned and arranged as needed.
Open or channel type diffuser givessignificant imperovement of pumphydraulic efficiency.
Casted or forged casing for different working conditions,maximum design pressure is 25MPa.
The first impeller can be designed as singleor double suction structure according to theworking conditions.
API682 standard mechanical seal flusingplan and cooling plan can be fullyconfigured.
The balance mechanism adoptsa drum-disc structure to achievedynamic balance of axial force,without relying on bearings toprovides the high stability, smallleakage and high efficiency
For different shaft power androtatry speed, ball bearings, forcedlubricant sliding bearing, selflubricant sliding bearing.
Wet rigid shaft design, rotor first wet criticalspeed is much greater than pump runningspeed, to avoid the possible resonance.
Foot mounted or centerline mountedcan be determined by workingconditions.
The impeller is positioned separately aroundthe snap ring, thereby reducing the hydraulicmisalignment caused around accumulated error.
