Overview
T-G serial is LEO's independently developed new generation ofheavy duty double-casing, horizontal, between bearings, multistage centrifugal pump, inner core adopts segmental structure. Itis suitable for clean or particles contanining, neutral or corrosivemediums, significant reliability and safety operating perfoamancefor high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive, toxicmediums such as LPG, etc.

Suitable for petroleum exploitation, petroleum refining industry,petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry, electric powerindustry, mining metallurgical industry, offshore platforms, etc.
Typical working conditions are used for hydrogenation pumps andhydraulic turbines in petroleum refining industry, injection pumpsfor oil exploitation, decoking and dephosphorization pump iniron and steel coking industry, high pressure boiler feed pumpsin chemical and power industry, dephosphorization pump inmetallurgical industry, etc.
Product features
- Radial split inner core can be pulled out integrallywithout dismantling inlet and outlet pipelines, muchmore convenient for maintenance.
- The first stage impeller can bedesigned as single suction or doublesuction according to the workingconditions
- Wet rigid shaft design, rotor first wetcritical speed is much greater thanpump running speed, to avoid thepossible resonance.
- The impeller is independently positioned by the snapring, thereby reducing the hydraulic misalignmentcaused by the accumulated error.
- Forged barrel and casing cover are welded withseal housing. pumps works under advantagesof better rigidity, less deformation, higher nozzleloads, stable operation by decreasing vibration ofcomplete unit
- Anti-dust plate adopts bearing isolatortype, prevents from oil leakage andforeign water or dust contamination.
- For different shaft power and rotatryspeed, adopts forced lubricant slidingbearing, self-lubricant sliding bearingdesign.
- API 682 Standard mechanical sealflushing plan and cooling plan are fullyconfigured.
- Impeller and shaft adpot interference fit and thermal assemblingprocessing, ensures the high fit accuracy, improve operatingreliability with certain clearance between sealing rings, minimizingvibration of complete unit.
- Open or channel type diffuser givessignificant improvement of pumphydraulic efficiency
