Product Detail

The CPZ-8 series triplex mud pumps are fully interchangeable with the equivalent OEM PZ-8 triplex drilling mud pumps.

The CPZ-8 triplex mud pump features adouble extended jackshaft carried on heavyduty straight roller bearings and dual rollerbearing connecting rods. The main gearsbolted to the eccentric are heat treatedalong with the interchangeable fluidcylinders. The replaceable crossheadslides are bronze and the valve covers arethreaded.

The CPZ-8 includes acomplete piston washing system; and a fullsplash lubrication system with an oil pump, pressure gauge, and replaceable-type oilfilter. External electric powered lube pumpis optional equipment for secondarylubrication system.
