CME Core Solids Control Equipment & 5-Stage Purification System

CRSH series jet slurry mixing unit is supporting equipment for oil drilling solid control systems. It is mainly used for preparation and weighting of drilling fluid, adjusting fluid density, viscosity, fluid loss and other properties. It delivers superior performance when matched with shear pumps.

The standard design adopts single-unit structure, while double-unit structure is available for large mud handling capacity.

Equipped with matched motor and electric control system; mechanical seal is applied on pump body, effectively extending service life.
High-pressure airless spraying enhances paint adhesion and anti-corrosion capability. Other components undergo pickling, galvanizing aid treatment, hot-dip galvanizing, passivation and precision polishing processes.
