Mainly suitable for Petrochemcial, Hydrocarbon processing, OilRefinery,Pipeline pressurization, Water Supply and Treatment, etc.
Product features
- Seal chamber is designed as per API682 3rdedition, standard mechanical seal flushing planand cooling plan can be configured.
- Radial bearing adopts 6200 serial groove ballbearings, thrust bearings adopts 7300 serialangle contact ball bearing with back to backarrangement, provides excellent load capability
- Bearing frame between pump and motor,suitable for higher temperature and pressureconditions.
- Closed type impeller with SPL locknut, adoptsbalance holes for axial force balance.
- Wear rings are fixed on casing (casing cover)/ impeller with rivet screw and convenient toreplace spare parts, clearance between wearrings accord to API610 std.
- Compared with horizontal pump of similarperformance, OH-V occupying less space, savingfoundataion costs.
- Dual volute desgn for casing when suctionnozzle size is greater than or equal to 80mmso as to guarantee stable operation andeliminate axial force effectively, minimizepump vibration.
