Product Detail

Scope of application

It is widely used in oil refining, petrochemical industry, coal chemicalindustry, power plant, low temperature engineering, pipeline pressureregulation, condensate applications, environmental protectionengineering, seawater desalination, seawater lifting, liquefied naturalgas engineering water treatment, water supply and drainage systems,offshore platforms, FPSO and marine fields and other industries. It issuitable for clean containing trace particles, mediums especially forlow temperature, such as ethylene, liquid ammonia, liquefied gas,condensate, light hydrocarbon, oil, etc..

Product features

Rolling bearings with special designed lubricant circulatingsystem and water or air cooling structure brings excellentlubrication effect, prolongs bearing service life.
Full self balance of axial force with balance drumstructure, no axial load on bearings during operation,higher realibility.
Seal chamber dimension meets API code requirments, allthe mechancial seal flusing plan and cooling plan can beavailable for different working conditions.
Welded structure of suction-discharge sectioneliminates casting defects and ensuresstrongperssure- resistance ability, the suction anddischage flanges can be designed as needed.
Balance chamber can be connected with suction orsecondary imepller inlet (for easy vaproized mediums)so as to increase seal chamber perssure, decreasevaporization durability and enhance safe reliability
Sinked first stage impeller lifts the medium to the suctionof secondary impeller, lower head and power comsuption,the supports at both sides of impeller improve reliabiltiyof long shaft multi-stage pump.
Shaft connections methods with high safe reliability andaccuracy for deep submerged depths conditions for wideapplications.
Multi-points support structure with sliding sleeves, thespan between bearings is designed as per API610 coderequirements, high wear-resistant material ensuresoperational stability
First stage impeller is suction type at the lowest positionof pump, can fully statisfy the site rigorous demands ofNPSH.
Sinked first stage impeller lifts the medium to the suctionof secondary impeller, lower head and power comsuption,the supports at both sides of impeller improve reliabiltiyof long shaft multi-stage pump. Suction type impeller provides brillant suction capability,which shorten pump submerged depth.
