Overview
VS4 serial vertical centrifugal pumps are designed in accordancewith the API 61011th. The HY type is a vertical single-stage ormulti-stage, first-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, whichis for clean or polluted, low temperature or high temperature,neutral or corrosive medium, especially suitable for sewage andwaste oil. HL type is vertical, suspended long-shaft submergedsulfur pump, suitable for sulfur medium, and HRY type is verticalsuspended long-pumping submerged high temperature pump,suitable for high temperature medium.

Mainly used in chemical industry, auxiliary systems, flue gasdesulfurization, oil refineries, petrochemical plants, waterworks,paper industry, cement plants, steel plants, thermal power plants,rolling plants, urban sewage treatment, offshore oil explorationplatforms, oil & gas, etc.
Product features
- Bearing frame differs from different submersible lengthand performance parameters for reliable and safeoperation.
- The rotor components can be adjusted. The bearing isinstalled on the shaft using a bearing sleeve, which isconvenient for the axial adjustment of the rotor and themaintenance of the pump
- API682 standard mechanical seal flushing plan andcooling plan are fully configured as required.
- Pump shaft is supoorted by ball bearing andsliding sleeves, reasonable supoort points, pumprunning speed is far less than critical speed.
- Self or external lubrication for sliding bearings will bedetermined by cleanliness of pumping mediums to improveservice life.
- Special design ensures the isolation of solids containingmediums from support or sliding sleeves without affectingnormal operation and servce life.
- Keeping impeller submerged in mediums to achieve easystart-up of pump and avoid exhaust vacuuming.
- Impeller is radial single suction type with wear ring,replacing wear ring after abrasion, reduce maintenanceand spare parts costs.
