Overview

The HLB and HNB series are V5 vertical single-stage, single-suction,cantilever overhung pumps designed in accordance with thelatest version API 610, which are suitable for clean, polluted, lowtemperature or high temperature medium, chemical Neutral orcorrosive mediums.

Scope of application

HLB type Tai is mainly used for the transportation of dilute sulfuricacid and medium containing solid particles, chemical industry,petrochemical industry, papermaking, steelmaking, corn deepprocessing, kinds of inorganic salts, organic acids, various alkalinesolutions, slurry salt solution and phosphorus compound fertilizerdevice, transportation of various industrial sewage, HNB type pumpmainly uses for 93% -98%. Sulfuric acid with working temperatureis lower than 110 ℃ .

Product features

Single row of deep-groove ball bearing and paired anglecontact thrust bearings as bearing group with grease or oillubrication.
Packing seal as standard structure,mechancal seal can be configureed as required.
No sliding sleeve is used in submerged sturcture tosolve the problem of locking or shaft deflection duringoperations
The specially designed large diameterpump shaft has good rigidity and largediameter-to-length ratio, which improvesthe reliability of pump operation.
Double volute casing to balance radial force effectively,extremely improve the satability of operation.
Avoid abrasion of axial split impeller wear rings byadjusting the front and back clearances between wear rings.
When the insertion depth of the pump cannot meetthe requirements, utilizing suction pipe with customizdlength to satisfy different required working conditions.
